We have been facing issues adding hosting orders for a few customer accounts from the supersite. Also, there have been a few problems reported for managing hosting orders from within the control panel.
Please note that everything via the API has been working seamlessly.
We are already working on these issues and will keep you updated via this channel.

Update: The maintenance is now complete, Web and Email Services have now been merged successfully and can be managed from the Control Panel.
Please make note of the following :
- We have migrated the prices of these orders for one year and hence you would need to set the prices for the duration you would like to sell to your customers.
- Specific prices for sub resellers have not been migrated, You would need to update them again.

Our Hosting infrastructure will be undergoing a planned maintenance as we are going to merge the Web and Email hosting products on our platform. This will cause a minor downtime. We will keep you informed about the progress on a regular basis once the downtime starts.
Downtime Window:
Date: 24th July, 2010
Time: 08:30 Hrs - 15:30 hrs GMT
Estimated Duration: 6 hours downtime + 1 hour for pricing updates and setup at your end.
Affected Systems
All Web and Email Hosting orders will continue to function as is. Customers will be able to manage their packages. However, you will not be able to Add/Renew/Suspend Web & Email Hosting orders or make any price changes during the downtime.
Last Hour of the Downtime: From 14:30 to 15:30 GMT, you will not be able to add any new Web and Email Hosting orders however, renewals and suspensions will go through. This hour is for you to be able to set your prices for both Customers and Resellers before orders can be placed post the downtime.
Impact
Web and Email Hosting will now have a common sign up option. There will be 3 types of packages that you can opt in for - Linux Hosting + Email Hosting, Windows Hosting + Email Hosting and Only Email Hosting. However, regardless of the plans you choose to sell to your Customers, your Resellers will have all three options available to them.
